Multiple Spaces

You can manage multiple spaces under a single account. Charges will be applied on a per space basis.



Tablet or Mobile Support

You can access our software using your tablet and smartphone. Our responsive design produces the optimal layout and user experience based on the user's device or screen.

Multi-language Support

Use Coworkify in multiple languages. Right now, we support English and
Japanese. Additional language can be added upon your request.

Booking & Resource Management

Booking Calendar

Visually see which resources are booked at what times by checking the color-coded booking calendar.

Resource Reservation

Let Members book resources such as meeting rooms and projectors. Coworkify calculates the charge for each resource and issues the invoice to the Member on your behalf.

Admin-only Resources

Set specific resources that only Administrators can reserve to ensure maximum control.

Member Management

Self-registration On Website

New Members can sign up to a plan and register themselves on the front-end website without requiring you to do anything.

Email Invitation

Onboard new Members by sending an invitation email that contains an unique link for new Members to use for your space.

Member Approval

You can approve new Members before they join your space. Approval applies to Members that use the front-end website to sign up.

Custom Notes and Details

Enter custom data associated with each Member. This is useful when you want to add member-specific notes and details such as mailbox number or filing cabinet number.

Send Email to Member

Have something to say? You can send an email to any Member directly from the admin screen.

Data import

If you have a list of existing Members in CSV or Excel format, we can import data for you.

Download Member as CSV File

You can download all Member information into .CSV format. This is useful for those who want to import Member data into customer relationship management (CRM) software or email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.

Communication over SSL

All communication between your web browser and our web application is encrypted via 2048-bit RSA / 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

Secure Credit Card Information

Your credit card information is only held by a secure, third party payment provider such as Stripe or PayPal. Coworkify does NOT have access to any credit card information of Space Owners or Members.

Multi Region Server Hosting (US, Europe, Japan)

Coworkify is hosted on Amazon Web Servies (AWS) by the same backbone infrastructure used by government agencies and Amazon itself. The web pages are automatically served from servers located nearest to the visitor to ensure the quickest load times. Our software is hosted by data centers located in the USA, Europe, and Japan.

Customization Features

Chat Widget

Easily display your own third-party chat widget from Zendesk, Helpdesk, UserVoice or any other service on the member-facing pages.

Help Menu

Add a Help navigation menu link on member-facing pages directing your members to exactly where they should go for documentation or assistance.

Footer Text

Change the content of the footer text, which accepts HTML tags. Use this field to add custom menus, messages, or copyrights at the bottom of every member-facing page.

You can access all core features of Coworkify via our REST API. The developer documentation is available for custom integrations.
